Our Mission

When we were looking for Web hosts, we found out, that a lot of the companies were one men enterprises with not even a telephone number available if you had problems. The so called online helpdesk needed more than 24 hours to reply to queries, etc. We thought, that this is not what the customer needs. We promised ourselves, that if we could not be contacted by phone or answer queries within 8 hours, we do not deserve to be called a web host. With this mission statement in mind we started our services.

Company Profile

Sentfactor started to develop multimedia software in 1992, that was sold worldwide. In the year 2000 the software division was closed and all 49 titles licensed out to several companies around the world, retaining all copyrights and source codes should they ever be needed again.

Sentfactor was increasing it's commitment in the web development, helping many thousand of companies to have a presence on the web.
